Returns & Exchanges - We  want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase subject to the policies noted below.

Returns

Fill out the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and the reason(s) for the return. Enclose the completed Return Form and the Shipping Summary packing list with your shipment. Securely pack the merchandise and ship to LizaJames Bridal via US Postal Service or UPS. Remember to insure your package.

We’ll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your credit card statement. If you provided an Email address, we’ll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.

Fill out the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and the reason(s) for the return. Fill out the Exchange section of the form, indicating the items you'd like in exchange. Enclose the completed Return Form and the Shipping Summary packing list with your shipment. Securely pack the merchandise and ship to LizaJames Bridal via US Postal Service or UPS. Remember to insure your package.

If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a credit to the original payment method used, or a store credit for LizaJamesBridal.com. We'll send in-stock items right away and will notify you if the item you requested is not in-stock, or will be delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Depending on whether the item you have requested is in-stock or will need to be special ordered, it may take 2 - 4 weeks to obtain the requested item. Please contact us by Email in advance of any exchange request, so that we can start the process of checking stock and special order lead times.

Credit or Refund

Your credit or refund will generally take 10-14 business days. Sometimes this may take longer depending on your credit card company. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account appropriately and it will show on your following statement, dependent on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Additional Policies

- Shoes: No exchanges or returns will be accepted for shoes. Our manufacturers will not accept any returned shoes.

- Dresses Priced $200 or More: We can only ship one gown to each customer at a time. If your order is for a bridal party, please contact us to make other arrangements.

- Beaded Dresses: We do not accept returns on beaded dresses due to the delicate nature of this merchandise. No refunds will be issued. However, we do allow you to conduct a one-time exchange for another item. If a beaded dress is returned for an exchange, you will be charged a $50.00 restocking fee.

- Special Order Dresses: We do not accept returns on special order dresses. No refunds will be issued. However, we do allow you to conduct a one-time exchange for another item. If a special order dress is returned for an exchange, you will be charged a $50.00 restocking fee.

- Sizes and Alterations: Check size charts carefully, and when in doubt, order a size up. Most dresses do not fit perfectly due to variations among manufacturers and body type. As a result, most dresses may require some degree of alteration. Altered dresses may not be returned or exchanged.

- Timely Return & Exchange: All packages sent to LizaJames Bridal must be postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise. The merchandise must be unworn, and all tags must be attached. Once your package is received by us, the merchandise will be inspected. If the dress has been worn, or if the dress is missing the appropriate tags, the return/exchange will not be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
